About Me

My name is Stephanie Shea and I pursue Astrology with passion, enthusiasm, and intuition. It is my goal to leave people feeling excited about their birth chart and well-equipped with knowledge that can be used on a daily basis.

I’ve been a long-term student of astrology (it’s so vast, I’ll never stop learning) both on my own and under the guidance of the amazing Emily Trinkaus. I completed an apprenticeship program through Emily’s Alcyone School for Engaged Astrology.

From 2012 to mid-2016, I had the great honor of working for and studying under internationally-renowned astrologer, Jan Spiller. Since Jan’s passing in July 2016, I have been carrying her teachings and legacy forward in the form of horoscopes, forecasts and articles for janspiller.com. Jan will always be an inspiration to me and I treasure her many books, including “New Moon Astrology,” “Astrology for the Soul,” “Cosmic Love,” and “The Astrology of Success,” among others. I highly recommend her books if you are interested in learning more about astrology and working with the planets to achieve your goals!

I also took over Jan’s monthly column, “The Astrological Edge,” in the world’s leading astrology magazine, Dell Horoscope, before this magazine sadly closed in 2020. Luckily, I am still able to continue this column for janspiller.com subscribers. Each month, I offer an overview of the astrology ahead, and how that may influence us on global and personal levels.

Astrology is not fortune telling. Instead it’s about discovering the tool kit you were born with and becoming aware of what works best for you in life. It’s a fantastic way to get out of your own head and get a better vantage point on yourself and those around you!

I offer readings on Zoom, and occasionally in person for folks in Portland, Oregon. Email me for more information!
